Due to limited parking availability, we kindly encourage carpooling as a considerate option.

Attire:

Traditional or formal wear. Cap and Gown is optional but encouraged. 

Graduating Students: Arrive to Adorni Center at 6:30pm

• Registered students: Upon arrival, please sign in at the front desk and collect your name cards, sash, and yearbook.

• Not registered students: Upon arrival, please sign in at the front desk and write your name on the provided white cards. Please be advised that the availability of sashes and yearbooks is not guaranteed.

• All other guests: Arrive to Adorni Center by 7pm. Proceed to sit in rows behind graduating students.

• Due to changes in the available time for the graduation ceremony and the number of participating students, we regret to inform you that there will no longer be a processional at the beginning of the ceremony.

• After signing in, please proceed to sit in the first 2-3 rows with your parents or mentors.

• When graduating students and their guests are invited on stage, each row will be asked to stand and form a line one at a time.

• Volunteers will be available to assist in guiding rows to line up around the stage.

• Please be aware that due to time constraints, we may not be able to announce the names of parents or mentors when they accompany you on stage.

• Please hand your name card to the individual announcing graduates and wait until you are signaled to proceed onto the stage.

• After receiving your certificate, please proceed to the center aisle and return to your seat in an orderly fashion.
